SDA Your Way offers a comprehensive property management service for SDA investors

As registered providers of Specialist Disability Accommodation, SDA Your Way is able to offer holistic support to investors looking to enter the SDA market. We take the hassle out of SDA, and handle everything for investors once the build is completed.

Our services include:

Marketing and tenant acquisition.
Tenant application, proofing, setup and retention.
Enrolment of property with the NDIA.
Manage all NDIA compliance requirements.
Management of rental payments and NDIS funding.
Oversight of all liaison with stakeholders including SIL/ILO providers, tenants and families, therapists, etc.
Payment and management of all ancillary costs (such as rates, utilities, insurance, etc.)
Attend to all property maintenance and repairs.
Provide any reports as required, such as inventory and depreciation reports.

Costs:
